This README describes changes from v6.12.4

ChEMBL
======
The ChEMBL activities in the cmpd_activity table have been replaced with
all qualifying activities from chembl_31. The 'ChEMBL First Reference
Year' and 'ChEMBL Selective Compound' rows in tdl_info have also been
updated based on the new data from chembl_31.

DrugCentral
===========
All drug_activities in the drug_activity table have been replaced with
the data from the latest release of DrugCentral (20220705). Rows in
disease with dtype = 'DrugCentral Indication' have also been updated.

JensenLab PubMed Scores
=======================
JensenLab PubMed text-mining scores have been updates to the latest
version. This includes all rows in the pmscore table and the rows in
tdl_info where itype = 'JensenLab PubMed Score'.

TDLs
====
TDLs have been recalculated and updated. Here is a summary of the new
TDLs:

JensenLab DISEASES
==================
The disease associations from DISEASES have been to the latest
version.

DRGC Resources
==============
The data in table drgc_resources has been replaced with the Pharos-ready
resources available via the RSS API as of 20220906.

TIGA
====
The TIGA data in tables tiga and tiga_provenance has been replaced with
the latest version (20220712).

IDG Target List
===============
The IDG eligible flags (ie. target.idg) have been rest to correspond to
the IDG Target List for Year 5.

ExtLinks
========
The extlink table has been updated with all valid links for TIGA and
GlyGen.
