This README describes changes from v3.0.2


Patent Counts
-------------
New patent count data was received from EBI that is based on the
Jensen Lab tagger.
- The patent_count table was reloaded.
- 'EBI Total Patent Count' tdl_info rows were reloaded.


NIHRePORTER Grants
------------------
The grant tagging results in previous TCRD v3.* versions was
incorrect. The tagging has been redone.
- The target2grant table was reloaded.
- 'NIHRePORTER 2010-2015 R01 Count' tdl_info rows were reloaded.


Dataset Table

- The dataset table was cleaned up.
