Somehow, I had just forgoten to load this dataset.
- Loaded Diseases Ontology (into dto and dto_parent).


STRING IDs

- protein.stringid values were reloaded.


JensenLab PubMed Scores

- pmscore table reloaded.
- 'JensenLab PubMed Scores' tdl_info rows were reloaded.


DrugCentral
-----------
Updated version of Drug Central data.
- drug_activity table reloaded.
- target2disease rows where datype = 'Drug Central Indication' reloaded.

TDLs

- target.tdl values reassigned.


Grant Info
----------
- Grants from NIHExPORTER were re-tagged using updayed dictioanry files;
- target2grant table reloaded.
- 'NIHRePORTER 2010-2015 R01 Count' tdl_info rows were reloaded.


Tudor's Target Family Designations
